Tickets

Our tickets are sold via our website. Once you have bought you ticket via the website, you will receive an email with your ticket and you will need to print it off and bring it with you. If you do not bring it with you, we cannot admit you and you will have to buy another on the door if that option is available, and we cannot guarantee that seats would still be available if buying on the door is an option.  Please note that if you are buying a ticket on the door, that we only accept payment with debit or credit cards or via smartphone.

There may sometimes be the option of buying tickets on the door two hours before performance, however we cannot guarantee this option, and it will be better for you to buy your ticket via our website to avoid disappointment. Please also note that tickets sold on the door are subject to availability.

Currently we offer unallocated seating at our productions, and seating is based on a first come first seated basis. 

​

There may be in some instances wherein Theatre that we stage our productions / shows, request that tickets for our productions are sold via that particular Theatre's own Box Office. If that is the case, we will clearly link to that particular own Theatre's website for you to purchase your ticket. In these instances, all tickets sold via an outside Theatre as a vendor for our productions, that all terms and conditions would come under that particular Theatre's terms and conditions of sale, so you would need to check on their website in regards to their policies. They may also provide allocated seating, different polices on buying tickets on the doors, ways of paying, sending your ticket etc, so please check on their website the options in regards to sale.

Transaction fees

As of 15 January, when buying tickets via our website, we now charge a transaction fee on all payment types. This covers administration costs.

Concessions

Concessions are available for most performances. We currently offer concession for students, seniors and children under the ages of 12; Students and Seniors will need to bring valid ID with your ticket for admittance.

Exchanges and Refunds

On occasion, exchanges may be available up to 48 hours before the performance that you have originally bought for. Exchanges are only possible for the performances of the same production, and will incur a fee of £2 per ticket exchanged. If the exchanged tickets are more expensive, the price difference will be charged. Please note that it may not be possible to exchange tickets for another performance if seats have sold out on the other performances or the particular performance you wish to attend.

Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable.

General

Temporal Horizons Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission to a particular play or production and to a particular Theatre that is staging a play and to request any ticket holder to leave the a Theatre.

All tickets are sold subject to the Temporal Horizons Theatre's right to alter the advertised programme or cast in the event of illness or unavoidable cause, without prior notification. Temporal Horizons Theatre reserves the right, in extreme circumstances, to cancel any performance without notice. Every effort will be made to contact customers in advance and a full refund will be provided.

Temporal Horizons Theatre will try and advise all customers regarding suitability of a show for Minors where an age guideline is not advertised. Please use the Contact page to get in touch. We welcome families and young children to all Temporal Horizons Theatre's productions, however some productions may be unsuitable for young children and babies due to content and/or lighting, volume and special effects. If you are unsure, please check about the content of a play before buying your ticket if you are unsure if a production may be unsuitable. Please also note that as we are a small team, we will try to get back to you in a five working days to help with your query, but please be aware that it may take a bit longer to answer due to volume of quires. Currently we are unable to offer relaxed performances, so we may also ask young children and babies to be taken out of the a theatre's auditoria should they become too upset and are unable to be calmed, so as to not create a disturbance that impinges on the performance, or on other audience members viewing and enjoyment.

All customers must be accounted for a Theatre's auditoria and to this end children will need a valid ticket and babes-in-arms will need a pass to allow them to sit on a parent or guardian's lap.

As Temporal Horizons Theatre doesn't yet have a fixed home where we stage our productions, it is incumbent on you to check on each particular Theatre's own accessibility and other relevant information and guidelines before your visit.

The use of cameras, video and audio equipment at any of our plays and within a Theatre's auditoria at our productions is strictly prohibited. Mobile phones, pagers and watch alarms are an irritant to both actors and audience and must be switched off prior to watching the play and entering a particular Theatre's auditorium.

Please note that when our productions are performed in a particular Theatre, you will also need to check that Theatre's general policy and guidelines when attending.

Latecomers

Every effort will be made to ensure the admittance of latecomers within a suitable break in the performance but admission can not always be guaranteed. The layout of any theatre space will use however, may sometimes prevent the unobtrusive admission of latecomers and for this reason we may not be able to admit latecomers. Please also check the particular Theatre we use and their policy regarding latecomers.

Please note that when a particular Theatre stage our productions and wishes to act as sole vendor for our productions, then their Terms and Conditions of sale for tickets will supersede ours as they are sole the vendor for those particular production tickets. We will link to that particular Theatre's website for you to purchase your ticket(s). Should you purchase tickets for our shows via a different Theatre's own website Box Office, you will need to read their Terms of Conditions of Sale along with their own Privacy Policy. Temporal Horizons Theatre still retains rights regarding non-admittance or removal from a theatre (along with the a paticular Theatre's management rights), even if the tickets are purchased via another Theatre's Box Office and under their particular Terms and Conditions.

 

If a production is being staged in a Theatre but Temporal Horizons Theatre are selling tickets for the production and performances as the sole vendor, our Terms and Conditions of sale outlined above apply in full.

Please also remember that each Theatre that we perform in will also have it's own Terms and Conditions, regardless of whether or not the Theatre is managing the Box Office for our production performances, as well as issues about admittance in regards to your visit and attendance, so it's best to check out their website for details.

Temporal Horizons Theatre promises to respect any personal data you share with us and will  keep it safe and secure.  We always aim to be clear when we collect your data and won't use it for anything you wouldn't reasonably expect of us.

Not only do we use your personal information to ensure we can book and confirm your ticket purchases, we also hope to build a long-term relationship with our  audiences and supporters by getting to know you better through understanding your interests. The goal is for all of our communications to be timely and relevant, so what you receive from us feels essential, highly desirable or simply delightful!

Contact Form

Information in this form is needed so that Temporal Horizons Theatre can contact you directly so that we understand your enquiry. All information you submit including phone numbers and email addresses are private and confidential between Temporal Horizons Theatre and the second party. Should Temporal Horizons Theatre receive any emails that are abusive, threatening, aggressive, illegal, or are in any other ways concerning, Temporal Horizons Theatre has the right to break confidentiality and contact the relevant authority/authorities.  By using the Contact Form, you give consent, and are happy for Temporal Horizons Theatre to have your phone number and email address and to enter into personal contact with you. If you wish for Temporal Horizons Theatre not to keep your phone number or email address after your contact, you will need to inform us requesting us to delete your details. By using the Contact Form, you consent and agree to the terms outlined above, and also to all the information you give on the Contact page. We aim to respond to all emails within 5 working days.

We have a marketing box below the Contact Form. If you consent for us to send a marketing email to you, Temporal Horizons will send a newsletter with all our latest show and production news, along with other information that is relevant and happening with Temporal Horizons Theatre, to the email that you provided us with in the Consent form. You can unsubscribe from this marketing newsletter at any time by clicking in the link in the email that is sent to you.

How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?

This page is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
